- Seattle - Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate
Description
The Seattle office of Fisher Phillips is seeking a mid-level associate with 2–5 years of experience to join its Employment Litigation team.
Ideal candidates will have experience defending employers in a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, and wage and hour disputes. Experience advising clients on workplace policies and day-to-day employment issues is a plus.
This role requires strong litigation skills, including drafting discovery, pleadings, dispositive motions, and agency position statements, along with the ability to deliver clear, persuasive written advocacy. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment and working both independently and collaboratively.

Candidates must have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to the Washington State Bar.

Pursuant to Washington regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $160,000 – $195,000 and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, seniority, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
