Cleveland – Mid-Level Litigation Associate
The Cleveland office of Fisher Phillips, an international management-side labor and employment law firm, seeks an associate with 3–5 years of employment or complex litigation experience.
About the Role
Qualified candidates will have experience handling employment or complex litigation matters, including:
- Drafting position statements to government agencies
- Drafting and responding to pleadings
- Managing discovery
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Participating in mediations, agency hearings, arbitrations, and trials
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to client service and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- The ability to work independently as a self-starter while contributing effectively to a team
- Admission to the Ohio Bar is required
