Spring Mill Pointe is now hiring part-time Waitstaff/Servers to join our dedicated dining team!
As a member of our waitstaff, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming dining experience for our residents and their guests. Your responsibilities will include setting up, cleaning, and resetting the dining room, taking menu orders, and serving meals in a timely and courteous manner. Providing exceptional customer service is at the heart of this role.

Part Time Shifts: 11a-7p or 3:30p-7pm
Availability that might include evenings, weekends, & holidays
$15.00-$16.00 per hour
What You'll Do:
Greet and serve residents and guests in a friendly, timely, and respectful manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Set up, clean, and reset dining areas before and after meals
Maintain a clean and organized dining environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service and resident satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
Experience in customer service
Previous food service, fast food, or restaurant experience
Experience working with seniors (a plus!)
Food Handler's Permit or SERV Safe Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
