About the Role

We are seeking a high-calibre Vice President / Senior Associate to join our

focused equity investment team. The candidate will act as an industry generalist

covering AI & Hard Tech, Healthcare, and Energy sectors etc., with a primary

focus on fast-growing Hong Kong-listed companies. The role demands strong

ownership, with the ability to independently diligence and manage investments.

我們現正尋求一位優秀人才擔任副總裁/高級投資經理，加入我們專注的股權投

資團隊。候選人將作為行業通才，覆蓋人工智慧與硬科技、醫療健康及能源等

領域，重點關注高速增長的香港上市公司。該職位要求候選人具備高度的主人

翁精神，能夠獨立完成投資項目的盡職調查與投資管理。

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct precise and detailed market and company data analysis,

including company filings and news monitoring.

進行精準且詳細的市場及公司數據分析，包括審閱公司公告、備案檔及

新聞監測。

• Independently research, diligence, and build investment cases

獨立研究、盡調並構建投資邏輯與案例。

• Attend investment conferences, NDRs, and earnings result

announcement calls; extract key insights and translate them into

actionable investment views.

參加投資會議、非交易路演及業績發佈會電話會，提煉關鍵洞察並轉化

為可執行的投資觀點。

• Deliver high-quality financial models (Excel) and leverage data terminal

for data-driven insights.

搭建高品質的財務模型（Excel），並利用金融數據平臺獲取資料驅動的洞察。

• Prepare concise, professional investment memos with clear thesis and

recommendations.

撰寫簡潔、專業的投資備忘錄，包含清晰的投資主題與建議。

• Support fund administration and post-investment portfolio monitoring.支

援基金行政管理及投後組合監控工作

Requirements / 任職要求

• Experience / 經驗

3-5 years sell-side Equity Research or ECM experience, preferably

covering Hong Kong/China tech or healthcare stocks.

3-5 年賣方股票研究或 ECM 經驗，最好覆蓋港股/中資科技或醫療健康

股票。

Skills / 技能

Advanced Excel & financial modelling; strong data terminal proficiency;

excellent investment memo writing.

精通 Excel 及財務建模;熟練使用金融數據平臺;出色的投資備忘錄撰

寫能力。

• Language / 語言

Native Mandarin + fluent English.

母語為普通話，英語流利。

• Mindset / 個人特質

Self-starter with strong business acumen, rigorous due diligence

discipline, and ability to work independently.

自我驅動，具備敏銳的商業洞察力、嚴謹的盡調習慣及獨立工作能力。

• Preferred / 加分項

CFA or CPA.

持有 CFA 或 CPA 證書者優先。

Additional Note / 補充說明

Candidates must be able to handle both investment analysis and fund

admin/post-investment work efficiently.
