Description

1. Perform industry and company research, financial analysis, financial modeling and valuation activities;
2. Work with senior bankers in transaction execution;
3. Prepare marketing materials including presentations and pitch books;
4. Develop relationships with junior executives at our clients;
5. Comply with any internal and external regulations and company's policies and procedures.

1. Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Economics and other relevant qualifications;
2. Minimum 7 years or above in investment banking, consulting, research or private equity or other relevant experience;
3. With CFA/CPA qualification is preferable;
4. Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
5. Solid financial modelling and valuation skills;
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills - ability to form effective working relationships;
7. Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi-task;
8. Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment banking field;
9. Fluency in English and Mandarin;Both written and verbal communication skills;
10. Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules.
