Are you ready to move into a leadership role-or continue your leadership journey at a hospital poised for growth? Care Center Cincinnati, a leading emergency and specialty hospital in southwest Ohio, is seeking a Medical Director to guide our experienced and compassionate team.
This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing our larger Cincinnati location (we also have a sister hospital in Dayton). You'll collaborate closely with the Hospital Director and drive medical quality, operational excellence, and strategic growth in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for a board-certified specialist with a passion for people, medicine, and progress.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $125,000-$220,000 base with a prosal model.
- Performance bonuses at 2, 5, 8, and 10-year milestones
