- Location: Colville, WA 99114 (Colville, northeast Washington)
- Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital (25 staffed beds)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (5/18/2026 – 8/17/2026)
- Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:00) — night shift RRT jobs
- Employment Type: Travel Respiratory Therapist, On-site
- Patient Ratios: 1:3
- Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend

Required Qualifications — Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) clinical experience
- Washington State RRT license in hand (Respiratory Therapist license WA)
- Certifications: RRT, ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS
- Experience with Epic electronic health record (EHR) preferred
- Family maternity and OB experience required, including C-Section assistance
- Ability to float to a sister facility (approximately 30 minutes away) if needed
- Professional references: 2 references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years
Key Responsibilities — Registered Respiratory Therapist
- Provide respiratory care to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients across inpatient units
- Manage and monitor ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, high-flow nasal cannula (Airvo2), and other respiratory therapies
- Perform arterial punctures, suctioning, and administer respiratory medications
- Assist in high-risk deliveries and provide support during C-Sections (OB/maternity experience required)
- Operate and troubleshoot specialized respiratory equipment (Puritan Bennett, Draeger, Panda, etc.)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV, Physical Therapy, Radiology, and Pharmacy
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
- Participate in block scheduling, weekend rotations, and float coverage to sister facilities when needed
