Overview

We are seeking a proactive professional to support the Finance team in reviewing, enhancing, and standardizing finance system training materials used across the wider regional Finance community. This role will focus on improving existing learning content, establishing consistent training standards, and creating high-quality documentation to support user adoption across finance and procurement systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in training content development, learning enablement, change management, or business analysis, and be comfortable working independently with stakeholders across multiple functions and markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and redesign existing training materials developed by different teams.
• Standardize training decks, user guides, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Develop templates, content structures, and training guidelines to improve consistency.
• Create engaging and user-friendly learning materials to support system adoption.
• Work with stakeholders and SMEs to gather, refine, and validate content.
• Organize and streamline training materials into a structured knowledge repository.
• Leverage AI tools where appropriate to enhance content development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Change Management, PMO, Knowledge Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience creating training materials, user guides, SOPs, and presentation decks.
• Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to produce professional training content.
• Experience with finance, procurement, or enterprise systems such as CRAFT, Coupa, Concur, SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Workday, or Dynamics 365.
• Exposure to finance operations, procurement, AP, invoicing, or spend management processes.
• Retail, luxury, consumer, or financial services industry experience is highly preferrded.
• Experience supporting system implementations, user adoption, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
