Wellen Park Golf and Country Club, located in North Port, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Tennis & Pickleball Pro Shop Associate! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedules and assigns court times.
• Books lessons and clinics for Members and guests.
• Assists Members and guests on the telephone and at the Tennis Pro Shop desk.
• Adjusts court sheets due to rain delays and other unforeseen conflicts, as needed.
• Offers superior customer service while selling merchandise and assisting management in merchandising, inventory control, court reservations, and special events preparation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Qualifications:

• Must have knowledge of Tennis and related verbiage
• Demonstrates desire to work in Customer Service.
• Flexible schedule during events/tournaments.
• Some computer skills preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and due some moderate lifting, i.e. filling ice and water coolers.
