What you'll do:
- Manage client engagements from start to finish; including projecting, planning, supervising, directing, and completing tax projects
- Review individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns in accordance with Firm and professional standards
- Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other team members to identify and research complex tax issues
- Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns
- Identify and mitigate tax risks
- Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers
- Attend networking and continuing professional education seminars
- Assist with initiatives of various Firm committees
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA preferred
- Four to six years of similar experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work extended hours as necessary
- Travel locally to/from engagements, which may include overnight travel as needed
