Site Director of Emergency Ultrasound
Brigham and Women’s Hospital
The Director of Emergency Ultrasound at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) provides site-level leadership for all aspects of point-of-care ultrasound across BWH, Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital (BWFH), and Foxborough Urgent Care. Working closely with the Mass General Brigham (MGB) Division Chief of Emergency Ultrasound, the Director is responsible for maintaining a high-quality, clinically integrated ultrasound program that supports patient care, education, quality assurance, research, operations, and program growth across all three sites.
Requirements
Completion of an ultrasound fellowship, leadership experience in POCUS, and the ability to work within an integrated healthcare system are preferred. Candidates will be considered for faculty appointments at Harvard Medical School (with an appointment at the rank of instructor, assistant or associate professor, full or part-time, commensurate with qualifications). The candidate will also have associated responsibilities for teaching Harvard learners including students, resident physicians, and fellows.
