Job Description
Expense & Mileage Reimbursement will be provided, Per Deim is not available for this position. This position will be in the field primarily in Central Ohio with the possibility of needing to provide field support across the state. This role will support Right of Way acquisition for a new pipeline project as well as supporting integrity projects in the area. As a Senior Right of Way Agent, your primary responsibilities will involve acquiring easements, workspace, access, relevant ownership information as well as project assistance. Some other responsibilities will include:
-Travel to project sites across the state of Ohio
-Meeting directly with landowners, community members, client representatives, and construction crews
-Option and Easement Acquisitions
-Access and Workspace Acquisition
-Damage Settlements
-Pulling and reviewing Vesting Title documents
-Document Prep and Management
-Preparing and coordinating Landowner Mailings
-We are specifically seeking a candidate who lives in Ohio.

Requirements
Qualifications
To be successful in the Senior Right of Way Agent role, you will need the following qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in Land and ROW acquisition
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Ability to interface professionally with client representatives
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to Right of Way Acquisition
-Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
-Currently located in the Central Ohio region. No relocation allowance is available.
-FERC Experience is a plus.
