Now Hiring: Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) Seasonal Program Highlights• 13-week commitment (1 week of orientation + 12 weeks on the unit)
• 36 hours per week
• *$51/hour• plus applicable shift differentials
• *$1,500 completion bonus*

Job Summary As a Seasonal Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered care while working as part of a collaborative healthcare team. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and coordinate care to achieve the best possible outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic hospital environment.
Essential Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments using sound clinical judgment and evidence-based practice.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise individualized nursing care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely and accurately.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Foster a safe, therapeutic, and patient-centered environment.
Qualifications
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Additional certifications may be required based on the assigned unit
• Previous acute care experience preferred

Qualifications
• A degree from a recognized nursing program or two years of relevant work experience
• A minimum of (1) one year's experience in the field of nursing
• A valid Registered Nurse license
• The ability to obtain a Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days of employment.
