We are a well-equipped practice with an in-house laboratory, digital radiology, and digital dental radiology. Our focus includes client education, preventive care, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery, with visiting specialists in orthopedic surgery, ultrasound/radiology, and cardiology. We take pride in providing high-quality veterinary care and are looking for a compassionate, skilled professional to help us continue delivering the exceptional service we are known for in Colorado.

Requirements
Essential Duties:
Active Veterinary Technician Credential (RVT/CVT/LVT)
Skilled with patient restraint using Fear Free and low-stress handling techniques.
Excellent client communication and education skills.
Educate clients on animal health and provide a reassuring, positive experience.
Assist veterinarians during examinations and treatment/surgical procedures, including diagnostic testing, medication administration, and radiology.
Support veterinarians in surgical procedures while maintaining sterile techniques, including catheter placement, anesthetic monitoring, and dental cleanings/radiographs.
Collect, analyze, and process laboratory samples.
Prepare and dispense medications, calculate dosages, and monitor for adverse reactions.
Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control.
Experience with electronic medical records and accurate medical documentation.
Maintain accurate medical records, client communications and uphold clinic cleanliness and organization.
Maintain accurate treatment plans, charges and payments received.
Assist with medical boarding on weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Credentialed as a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) through the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).
Certified through the Colorado Association of Certified Veterinary Technicians (CACVT).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to collaboration, professionalism, and exceptional patient care.
Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
