This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance claims professional who enjoys managing the full claims process, building strong stakeholder relationships, and helping clients navigate complex property claims.
Your New RoleAs a Property Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of property claims from first notification through to settlement. You will act as the key point of contact for clients while working closely with insurers, loss adjusters, assessors and restoration providers to achieve positive outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end property claims across commercial and domestic portfolios
• Reviewing policy coverage and supporting claim strategy discussions
• Liaising with insurers, assessors, builders and other service providers
• Providing regular updates and guidance to clients throughout the claims journey
• Negotiating claim outcomes and advocating on behalf of clients
• Maintaining accurate claims records and documentation
• Ensuring claims are managed efficiently while meeting compliance requirements

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Previous property claims experience in broking, insurance or underwriting
• Strong understanding of claims processes and insurance policy wording
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
