Description
The Product Manager for Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) Collection Systems and Recovery Services is responsible for defining, delivering, and evolving robust, compliant, and scalable collection and recovery platforms. This role requires deep, hands-on experience in collection agency operations, recovery strategies, and the systems that support omni-channel consumer engagement.
The Product Manager partners with Technology, Compliance, Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure the platform enables effective recovery outcomes while meeting regulatory, compliance, and consumer-centric requirements.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define the product vision and roadmap for collection systems and recovery services
Align platform capabilities with business recovery strategies and regulatory requirements
Translate operational needs into scalable, configurable product capabilities
Collection & Recovery Domain Leadership
Serve as the subject matter expert for collection agency systems and workflows
Enable segmentation, treatment strategies, and rules-based decisioning
Omni-Channel Recovery Enablement
Compliance & Risk Enablement
Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to embed regulatory requirements (FDCPA, CFPB, state regulations, consent management)
Product Delivery & Execution
Work closely with collection operations, recovery leadership, and external clients
Partner with Architecture and DevOps teams to ensure scalable, secure solutions
Drive UAT, release readiness, and operational adoption
Qualifications
Domain
Extensive, hands-on experience within a collection agency environment
Deep understanding of collection and recovery operations, workflows, and KPIs
Experience delivering omni-channel recovery solutions
Product Management
Strong experience working with Agile delivery teams
Ability to translate complex operational requirements into product capabilities
Ability to influence across Operations, Compliance, and Technology
Data-driven and outcome-oriented mindset
Physical Requirements:
Normal, corrective vision range; ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend and reach
Ability to reach with hands and arms
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30lbs
