We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with patients and colleagues in a collaborative setting where quality patient care is a priority.
Position Summary
The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized plans of care, and help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, function, and overall quality of life. The ideal candidate is a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient setting while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
Full-time and part-time schedules are available.
Requirements
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, including patient history, examination, functional assessment, and identification of impairments.
- Develop individualized plans of care with measurable goals based on each patient's needs and functional limitations.
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatment for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, spine and extremity injuries, joint dysfunction, and balance or mobility deficits.
- Implement therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, functional training, and other appropriate interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
- Educate patients on their diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, body mechanics, and injury prevention.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Maintain compliance with applicable state regulations, professional standards, insurance requirements, and clinic policies.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative clinic environment.
