As a PGM Intern at True North Golf Club, you will serve as a core contributor to our daily golf operations, delivering an exceptional, high-touch private club experience to members and their guests. This internship is tailored for ambitious professionals pursuing a career in golf management-specifically those interested in building a seasonal "North-South" career track with the ultimate goal of becoming a full-time Golf Professional.

Essential Responsibilities

• Member & Guest Experience: Provide warm, attentive customer service across all touchpoints, setting the standard for a premier private club environment.
• Golf Operations & Fleet Management: Gain hands-on experience in staging, maintaining, and managing the golf car fleet, practice facilities, and bag room operations.
• Tee Sheet & Event Execution: Assist in managing daily play, starting, and organizing member tournaments using modern golf management software (e.g., GolfGenius).
• Retail & Merchandising: Learn the fundamentals of golf shop operations, including inventory receiving, visual merchandising, point-of-sale management, and special orders.
• PGA Work Experience Portfolio: Receive direct mentorship and dedicated support from the professional staff to complete required PGM level coursework and work experience credits.
