About the RoleAs Resort Manager, you'll take ownership of the overall success of the resort, balancing people leadership, operational excellence, customer satisfaction and financial performance.You'll lead a team of animal care and customer service professionals, ensuring every pet receives exceptional care while delivering an outstanding experience for their humans too.This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys leading by example and making a genuine impact.
What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency and high animal welfare standards.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of animal care and customer service professionals.
• Oversee budgets, rostering and business performance to drive strong commercial outcomes.
• Deliver an outstanding experience for both pets and their owners, building long-term customer loyalty.
• Ensure a safe, clean and enriching environment for all animals in care.

About YouYou are an experienced leader with a passion for customer service, team development and animal welfare.
You'll Bring:

• Leadership experience within hospitality, operations, animal care or a service-based environment.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Commercial acumen, including budgeting and operational performance management.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine love of animals and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Highly Regarded:Experience within animal care, pet services or veterinary environments.Experience managing a resort, accommodation facility or similar operation.Qualifications in Business, Management, Hospitality, Animal Studies or Veterinary Nursing.
