Crane Rehab Center, a pediatric outpatient therapy practice with locations in Metairie and New Orleans, Louisiana, is seeking passionate and motivated Physical Therapists to join our growing team.
We provide pediatric physical, occupational, speech and behavioral therapy services in a supportive, collaborative environment. Our team is dedicated to helping children develop essential skills, achieve greater independence and reach their full potential.
We are looking for therapists who enjoy working with children, value teamwork and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.
Full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive pediatric physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Provide physical therapy services to children with developmental delays, neurological conditions, orthopedic conditions and other physical or functional challenges.
Help children improve mobility, balance, coordination, strength and functional independence.
Establish measurable treatment goals and monitor patient progress.
Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, behavioral therapists and other members of our multidisciplinary team.
Educate parents and caregivers on treatment goals, therapeutic activities and strategies to support progress at home.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
