Payroll & AP Officer | Newstead location | $90,000 - $100,000 + Super Your new company:A Queensland-founded company that pushes the boundaries of innovation and design is seeking an experienced Payroll & Accounts Payable Officer to join their high-performing finance team. Based in their corporate headquarters in Newstead, their beautifully designed offices incorporate an inclusive team culture and lovely environment to work in.
Your new role:Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Setting up new employees on the payroll system
• Preparing and processing weekly pays
• Calculation of PAYG, leave entitlements and superannuation
• Processing accounts payable invoices
• Preparing payments
• Creditor reconciliations
• Processing expenses

What you'll need to succeed:In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

• Previous experience in a payroll and accounts processing role
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and being committed to providing excellent customer service
