Outpatient Neurologist, Hybrid, or Neurohospitalist | Midland, Michigan

• Practice Model: Choose between primarily outpatient, hybrid, or neurohospitalist neurology.
• Outpatient Schedule: Approximately 36 patient-facing hours per week with no call required.
• Neurohospitalist Schedule: 7 on / 7 off, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with overnight call coverage from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Hybrid Flexibility: May include telehealth and satellite clinic coverage based on team needs.
• Clinical Scope: General outpatient neurology with opportunities for EMG, Botox, and nerve block procedures.
• Team Support: Join an established neurology team with strong APP support.
• Academic Collaboration: Work with an academic partner with opportunities for residency involvement.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Around $340,000 with additional earning potential
• Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
• Malpractice: Coverage with tail
• Retirement: 403(b) and 457 plans
• Paid Time Off: 200 hours
• CME: $3,000 allowance
• Medical Benefits: Included

• Board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
