Professional opportunity for an ophthalmic technician/scribe to join an established, premier Ophthalmology comprehensive eye care practice in Beverly Hills, California.

This state-of-the-art, high-tech, MD/OD practice is dedicated to delivering high quality optical, medical, and surgical eye care to our patients. The practice consists of one Ophthalmologist who works closely with the Optometrists, who are supported by an outstanding staff of ophthalmic technicians, highly skilled opticians, and administrative support staff. This is a dynamic environment which enables qualified candidates to utilize their clinical expertise, training, and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional and compassionate patient care.

The practice has state of the art technology including OCT, Optos, Visual fields, Topography, Zeiss iScription, Lipiflow and dry eye diagnostic testing.

Requirements

Ideal candidate has experience as ophthalmic technician and scribe.  Position requires taking history from patient, using diagnostic equipment to evaluate patients, critical thinking, typing and computer skills, patient education and teamwork.
