Barker Patterson Nichols, LLP is seeking an experienced attorney to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a caseload focused on medical malpractice defense
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trial
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Compile and prepare legal reports and case-related documentation

Requirements

• Admitted to the Florida Bar
• 5+ years of Insurance Defense experience
