Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our well-established and highly respected cardiology program. This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician who is committed to delivering outstanding cardiovascular care while practicing in a collaborative, mission-driven environment supported by experienced colleagues and a dedicated clinical team.
THE CARDIOLOGY GROUP
- The group supports non-invasive, interventional, structural heart, heart failure and EP, and works together with the talented cardiac surgery and vascular surgery service lines
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Mission based Compassionate Care, Clinical Excellence, Patient Experience
- Inpatient consults & office-based clinical care, echo, TEE, nuclear cardiology, vascular imaging, CPET
- EMR system integration office image viewing
- Community Teaching Hospital
- Opportunity for faculty appointment at Thomas Jefferson University, Drexel University College of Medicine and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine
- Coordinated programs with exceptional regional tertiary care centers
- Coordinated Cardiogenic Shock initiative; includes Impella heart pump
- 24 hour STEMI programs service all hospitalists
- Participant in National Cardiovascular Data Registries (NCDR); STS, Cath-PCI, ICD, Action, and Heart Failure-GWTG.

REQUIREMENTS
- MD or DO from an Accredited Program
- Completion of an accredited IM residency program
- Completion of an accredited Cardiology fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in IM & Cardiology
- Active License to practice in the state of Pennsylvania
- Active DEA license
