We are seeking an MD or DO who shares our commitment to personalized, relationship-based healthcare and is interested in practicing medicine in an environment where patients are treated as individuals rather than simply diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across a broad range of ages and health needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's health goals and needs
• Incorporate holistic and integrative approaches when appropriate
• Provide preventive care and health education
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Emphasize nutrition, lifestyle, and other factors that contribute to overall wellness
• Establish meaningful, long-term relationships with patients
• Collaborate with other providers and healthcare professionals within the practice
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Practice evidence-informed medicine while remaining open to appropriate complementary approaches

Requirements

We are looking for an MD or DO who:

• Is licensed to practice medicine in Minnesota
• Is board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty
• Has a strong interest in holistic, integrative, functional, or lifestyle medicine
• Values patient education and shared decision-making
• Takes a whole-person approach to healthcare
• Enjoys spending time with patients and building lasting relationships
• Is compassionate, approachable, and an excellent communicator
• Works well as part of a collaborative team
• Is open-minded and interested in continuing to learn and grow
• Appreciates a practice environment that allows for individualized patient care
• Values work-life balance, flexibility, and autonomy
• Experience in integrative, functional, lifestyle, or holistic medicine is a plus, but we are also interested in physicians who are enthusiastic about expanding their knowledge in these areas.
