Description
We're looking to fill a massage therapist position in a small, independently run, orthopedic massage clinic focused on meeting a variety of patient needs from pain management, injury / surgery recovery, and relaxation / maintenance. Responsibilities include: appropriate pre session interview and assessment, planning treatment goals and plans, using different techniques, modalities, and strategies to achieve those goals, client check in/out and taking payment, maintaining SOAP notes and client records, general clinic cleaning and laundry. This is a position designed to grow a stable career and clientele with room for advancement, and flexibility in choosing your work schedule. Position is a W2 employee position, to be paid for 1/2 hr before the first appointment, 1/2 hr between appts, and 1/2 hour after the last appointment. We value our calm, relaxed, and clean office environment and want to pay you for all your time spent to achieve this aim, not just your treatment hours. This also means all the benefits of traditional employment and no self employment taxes. $30/hr to start with the possibility of $35/hr after 60 days.
Requirements
- Current Idaho massage therapy license.
- Professional liability insurance required.
- Ability to work and communicate with a wide variety of clients.
- Experience providing medical massage therapy and insurance credentialing preferred but not required.
