Description
Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the district-wide Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) program, ensuring alignment with institutional goals, compliance with standards, and effective delivery of capital and operational projects.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Four (4) years of related work experience or associate’s degree plus two (2) years of related work experience can be substituted for the required education (plus the required experience noted below).
Preferred Education:
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Licensed Interior Designer or Architect (Texas preferred).
Experience:
Three (3) years related work experience including one (1) year supervisory experience.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working in higher education, public sector, or large institutional environments.
Supplemental Experience:
Completion of the ACC Supervisor Certificate Series Program will satisfy the supervisory experience required for this position.

Standard office and field environment.
Occasional lifting (up to ~10 lbs).
