As a Loan and Agency Vice President within Operations Management, you lead the end-to-end facilitation of syndicated loan closings. You drive execution excellence, manage risk and controls, and ensure superior client delivery across complex transactions. You champion team performance, strengthen cross-functional partnerships, and enhance operational effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead syndicated loan deal closings through execution lifecycle
• Manage team performance, development, and engagement
• Resolve escalations and act as primary contact for stakeholders
• Design and implement organizational objectives across teams
• Partner with business and legal teams to support new deals
• Collaborate with technology teams to enhance processes and tools
• Drive strong risk and control frameworks across operations
• Support audits and testing while maintaining compliance standards
• Maintain stakeholder engagement across lenders and executives
• Improve workflows to enhance efficiency and service delivery
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Demonstrate bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 15 years of deal closing expertise
• Interpret complex loan documentation accurately
• Analyze issues using strong problem-solving skills
• Maintain strong risk and control mindset
• Lead projects delivering consistent, measurable results
• Manage people and performance effectively

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Demonstrate syndicated loan or financial services experience
• Interpret legal documentation with strong accuracy
• Utilize Loan IQ platform expertise
• Apply loan operations knowledge to complex workflows
• Leverage GL reconciliation and cash matching processes
• Use SWIFT and remittance systems effectively
• Strengthen stakeholder communication across functions
