Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate culinary team members to join our collaborative Food & Beverage team. Teamwork is at the heart of everything we do: every meal prepared and station managed reflects our commitment to supporting each other and creating exceptional experiences.

Candidates with culinary experience are welcome, and motivated individuals eager to learn will be trained. Our private club environment supports professional growth while respecting your personal time-afternoon and evening shifts typically conclude by 10pm.

We also offer flexible part-time opportunities for those looking to supplement their current income.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Ensure food is served simultaneously, consistently, and promptly
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
• Communicate effectively and support fellow kitchen staff and front-of-house team
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain efficiency and high-quality service
• Assist with prep work, inventory, and receiving as needed

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Accuracy and efficiency in executing tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; a positive attitude in a collaborative environment
• Ability to work flexible hours while maintaining personal balance
