We are currently seeking a full-time Line Cook to join our talented culinary team.
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in accordance with our standards and member expectations. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
- Communicate effectively with fellow kitchen staff and front-of-house team
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and receiving as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven cooking experience, preferably in a club, resort, or upscale dining environment
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required
