Balanced Wellness is a welcoming, community-focused wellness studio in Highland, Illinois, seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team. We are looking for a kind, dependable, client-centered therapist who is passionate about helping people feel their best and would enjoy working alongside other wellness professionals in a supportive environment. Balanced Wellness offers yoga, Pilates, massage therapy, Reiki, counseling, sauna, sound healing, and other wellness services, allowing clients to care for their mind and body all under one roof. We currently have an established massage clientele and ongoing demand for appointments, with a particular need for afternoon, evening, and/or weekend availability. Our preferred structure is commission-based, with the opportunity to grow your schedule through Balanced Wellness referrals and marketing; however, we are open to discussing an independent room-rental arrangement with the right therapist. This is a wonderful opportunity for either an experienced therapist or a motivated newer graduate looking for a beautiful, established space and supportive wellness community in which to grow.

Requirements

Applicant must be a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Illinois (or eligible to obtain Illinois licensure prior to beginning work) and maintain all licenses, certifications, and professional liability insurance required to practice. Candidates should be professional, dependable, compassionate, comfortable communicating with clients, and committed to providing a welcoming, high-quality experience. Availability for some afternoon and/pr evening appointments is strongly preferred, as this is currently our greatest scheduling need. Experience is welcomed but not required—we are happy to consider the right new graduate who is eager to learn, build relationships, and become part of the Balanced Wellness community.
