Mindful Medicine is an established integrative wellness practice serving Maryland communities since 2013. We're seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our supportive, mission-driven team at our primary location in Sandy Spring, MD, with the opportunity to grow into our second location in Eldersburg, MD as schedules expand.
As part of our multidisciplinary practice — which includes acupuncture, herbal medicine, counseling, neurofeedback, and core embodiment pilates — you'll work alongside a collaborative team of practitioners in a peaceful, healing environment. We support the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.

Requirements
- Active Maryland massage therapy license (LMT or RMP) in good standing
- Active professional liability insurance
- Warm, professional bedside manner
- Ability to use electronic medical records (Jane App, with training)
- Reliable, growth-minded, and passionate about helping others heal
- Interested in building a long-term practice rather than a short-term gig
- Comfortable starting as an independent contractor while building caseload
