About the role

As a Learning & Development Officer, you will play a vital role in conducting presentation, administration work and support the training department

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive e-learning courses and multimedia materials to support the continuous professional development of staff and agents.
• Lead end-to-end video production, including filming, professional video editing, and motion graphics for training purposes.
• Provide full administrative and logistical support for training classes, corporate events, and ad-hoc department projects.
• Design high-impact PowerPoint decks and creative visual aids to enhance the learning experience.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare data analysis reports to evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by manager

Requirements

• University graduate in any discipline; IANG or Top Talent (TTPS) visas are encouraged to apply.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience; Fresh graduated welcome
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across different departments.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing. Fluency in spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Immediate availability or a short notice period preferred
