Description
Cornea Surgeon | 1-Year Partnership Track | $1M+ Partner Earnings | Las Vegas, NV
An established multispecialty ophthalmology practice is seeking a Cornea Surgeon to build a high-volume cornea and anterior segment practice with immediate patient volume, dedicated OR time, and a 1-year partnership track.
Practice & Schedule
- Workweek: Option for a 4 or 5-day workweek with dedicated blocked OR time.
- Patient Volume: Immediate volume supported by a strong referral network.
- Clinical Support: Dedicated scribe, 1-2 PCAs, and ophthalmic technicians.
- Practice Focus: Opportunity to build a high-volume cornea and anterior segment practice.
Clinical Scope
Manage the full spectrum of cornea and anterior segment procedures, including:
- Corneal Crosslinking: Corneal crosslinking procedures.
- Refractive Surgery: LASIK and PRK procedures.
- Complex cataract surgery.
- Corneal Transplantation
- Endothelial Keratoplasty including DSAEK and DMEK.
- Complex anterior segment cases.
Compensation & Partnership
- Negotiable salary guarantee with production incentives.
- First-Year Earnings: 500,000-800,000+ earning potential.
- Partnership: 1-year partnership track with partners earning $1M+ annually.
- Additional Support: Signing bonus, relocation assistance, retention bonus, fellowship stipend, and loan assistance available.

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO with completion of a U.S.-based ophthalmology residency
- Completion of a Cornea fellowship
