Description
Position Summary
Edu-Tech Academic Solutions is seeking a proactive, hands-on IT Help Desk Coordinator for a partner PK-8 independent school. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all technology-related issues, ensuring the school’s infrastructure runs stably and securely while providing exceptional support to students, faculty, and staff. The ideal candidate balances daily technical troubleshooting with long-term strategic planning to support the school's educational mission.
About Us
Edu-Tech partners with K-12 independent schools to manage the technology that makes good education possible. We provide on-site technology support, classroom integration, and cybersecurity services — grounded in strategic guidance and delivered in the way that serves each school best, whether that's an embedded staff member on-site every day or a remote program protecting every device around the clock.
We are not a managed service provider. We are not a break-fix company. We are the technology partner schools invite into their operation — one of your own, who understands that every technology decision ultimately serves one goal: the academic success of the students in those classrooms.
