Back Nine Golf is seeking an enthusiastic, highly skilled, and community-oriented Golf Professional to join our team in Eldersburg, MD. This role is perfect for a coach who thrives on developing talent, engaging with the community, and leveraging innovative technology - including our indoor golf simulators - to grow the game.

About the Role
You'll be instrumental in building our instructional programs, delivering private and group lessons to members and guests, and enhancing player development at every skill level. This role is based primarily at our Eldersburg, MD location, with the expectation of also providing instruction at other Central Maryland locations as those facilities come online. You'll have the chance to shape a growing program, build a loyal client base, and make a real impact both on the course and in the local golf community.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow your own coaching business alongside a premium, technology-driven brand.

What You'll Do

• Deliver private and group golf instruction for players of all ages and skill levels, using our indoor golf simulator technology
• Design and lead clinics, camps, and junior programs
• Use launch monitors, video analysis, and other tech to enhance instruction and track player progress
• Build lasting relationships with members, guests, and the local community to grow program participation
• Help develop and promote instructional offerings that increase member value and facility engagement
• Represent the Back Nine Golf brand as we expand across Central Maryland

What We're Looking For

• PGA or LPGA Professional (Class A or actively pursuing certification) preferred
• Strong teaching and communication skills, with a passion for coaching golfers at every level
• Comfortable and confident teaching with simulator/launch monitor technology
• Outgoing, community-focused personality with a drive to grow the game locally
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset suited to independent contractor work
• Reliable transportation for multi-location instruction as new facilities open
