Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite or Remote)
Salary: $45,000-$55,000 + Commission
Tribal Health LLC is currently looking for a skilled Healthcare Recruiter to recruit qualified healthcare professionals (nurses, physicians, advanced practice professionals) in accordance with the needs and requirements of our current and future clients.
The Healthcare Recruiter specializes in permanent placement healthcare recruitment across all healthcare disciplines. This role builds long-term, trusting relationships with healthcare professionals by understanding career goals, professional needs, and educating candidates on current healthcare employment trends. The Recruiter advises candidates on the unique value of working with Tribal Health LLC. to successfully place high-quality healthcare professionals into permanent roles that meet client expectations for quality, cultural alignment, and long-term retention. This role partners with internal teams to drive revenue and profitability through successful permanent placements.
Position Responsibilities
• Exceeds individual daily and weekly KPI goals to consistently grow new and retain existing candidates.• Plan prospecting strategy according to market demand on a daily and weekly basis using Salesforce to contact as many potential candidates as possible via phone and email to establish relationships and expand the network of qualified candidates.
• Update Salesforce in terms of accurate contact information, qualifications, quality services documentation and selling points to reengage candidates throughout the placement process.
• Consult with candidates, probing for unspoken needs using a consultative selling style in order to gain commitment to take urgent action on the available opportunities.
• Qualify healthcare providers according to licensure, availability, skill set and potential fit in order to prioritize focus and determine the best job match for highest probability of placement.
• Articulate plans of action that address the healthcare provider's needs by educating on future opportunities and realistic timelines in order to engage and demonstrate how working with Tribal Health can best meet their long-term professional expectations.
• Create urgency and gain healthcare provider's commitment throughout the recruiting process to enhance presentation with accurate and relevant work history, education, skills and reference information in order to expedite placement process.
• Negotiate when necessary, with healthcare providers to create a competitive compensation package by probing financial situation and articulating total value in order to achieve profitable placement to contain assignment costs.
• Present candidate files relevant work history, skills and intangible qualities for healthcare providers to Account Managers in order to highlight the best fit.
• Partner with internal clinical, quality and operational team members to provide seamless service to healthcare providers by communicating information in a timely manner.
Minimum Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Recruiting experience, preferably directly related to healthcare recruitment.
- Education: Associated degree in business or related field preferred; Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Qualifications
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Adobe applications, and Google Docs.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar ATS/CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of permanent placement healthcare recruiting processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong consultative, relationship-management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative recruiting team.
- Knowledge of and sensitivity to cultural and language differences.
- Ability to travel as business needs require.
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned.

Background Investigation: | This position may be subject to a 101-630 background check in an effort to ensure compliance with public law 101-630 "Indian child protection and family violence prevention act."
