Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Head Golf Professional to support daily golf shop and facility operations. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for golf, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The Head Golf Professional will play a key role in overseeing staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining a high standard of service for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and assist with golf camps and instructional programs
• Support management of daily golf shop operations and staff
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests
• Oversee tee time scheduling, reservations, and customer flow
• Process transactions and maintain accurate sales reporting
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and restocking
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional golf shop environment
• Train and supervise staff to ensure consistent service standards
• Help coordinate promotions, events, and member communications
• Ensure golf carts are staged, cleaned, and ready for daily use
• Address customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with management and team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Golf clinic/instruction experience (required)
• Previous golf shop experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of golf operations and equipment (required)
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and basic reporting
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
