Overview

Hardscrabble Country Club is a private club located in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Will report to the Lead Assistant and the Director of Instruction. Maximum of 40 hours per week. Will be responsible for both opening and closing shifts during the week.

Experience Required

Golf experience is certainly helpful.

Essential Responsibilities

Member services

Opening and Closing Procedures

Tournament operations and weekly events/leagues

Managing golf cart fleet, practice facility, and club storage

Manage the outside staff in the absence of the Assistant Golf Professional

Club Repair and club fitting services to Members

Inventory control of hard goods, special orders , ordering procedures, receiving procedures, displays, and sales

Play golf with a variety of Members of all skill levels

Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times

Assist the Head Golf Professional and Assistant Golf Professional in the day to day activities of the club.

Outside work will be required as needed throughout the busy times of each day.
