Overview

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Golf Outside Operations team. This position plays a vital role in providing a First Class experience for members and guests, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our golf facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recently retired individual or someone seeking seasonal work hours through the fall.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Deliver excellent customer service to members and guests at all times.
• Demonstrate an understanding of golf operations and how they function.
• Maintain knowledge of private club standards and expectations.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects when required.
• Operate golf carts, ball pickers, and other golf course machinery safely and responsibly.
• Maintain reliable transportation to and from work.
• Adhere to a punctual schedule, with availability as early as 6:00 AM and as late as 10:00 PM when necessary.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and remain comfortable with physical, outdoor tasks.
• Show initiative and the ability to "hustle" during work shifts, keeping pace with a fast-moving environment.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality service.

Individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to the position may be invited back for the full season in 2027.
