Pine Bluff Country Club is searching for an exceptional General Manager to lead our Club into its next exciting chapter. The ideal candidate will be a visible, approachable, and hands-on leader who understands that a great country club is built on genuine relationships, exceptional service, memorable experiences, and a strong sense of belonging.

Reporting to the Club President and Board of Directors, the General Manager will provide leadership across all areas of the Club, including golf, grounds, clubhouse operations, food and beverage, special events, membership, communications, financial performance, and team development.
What You'll Lead

• Build, inspire, and develop a service-driven team
• Elevate the experience for members, families, and guests
• Oversee daily Club operations and service standards
• Manage budgets, labor, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls
• Strengthen membership engagement, retention, and growth
• Guide food and beverage operations, tournaments, and special events
• Develop vendor relationships and oversee key contracts
• Prepare operational and financial reports for the Board
• Contribute to long-range planning and capital improvements
• Serve as a positive and professional ambassador throughout the Pine Bluff community

What You'll Bring

• At least three years of successful leadership and management experience
• Private-club, country-club, hospitality, food and beverage, or golf-industry experience preferred
• A proven ability to hire, motivate, coach, and retain great people
• Strong financial, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple departments or revenue streams
• A bachelor's degree is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
• Flexibility to support Club activities, including occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events

This is a year-round, salaried leadership position offering competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
