Executive Legal Leadership at the California Earthquake Authority

We are seeking a General Counsel to join our team! This is an executive-level position that reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Oversee all legal operations of the California Earthquake Authority
• Provide legal, governance, and compliance leadership across the organization
• Serve as the Authority’s principal legal advisor on legislative and public policy matters
• Direct all legal services supporting CEA’s residential earthquake insurance operations and its role administering the California Wildfire Fund
