About the roleAs a Senior Financial Adviser, you will provide strategic, holistic advice across retirement planning, superannuation, investments, insurance, cashflow and wealth protection. This is an opportunity for an adviser who enjoys working closely with clients, building trusted relationships, and is comfortable travelling regularly to meet clients face-to-face across regional and metropolitan NSW. You will develop and maintain trusted long-term relationships with clients located throughout NSW, conduct client meetings both virtually and in person, and manage end-to-end advice processes including discovery, strategy development, advice delivery, implementation and ongoing reviews.Key responsibilitiesProvide strategic, holistic advice across retirement planning, superannuation, investments, insurance, cashflow and wealth protectionDevelop and maintain trusted long-term relationships with clients located throughout NSWConduct client meetings both virtually and in person, including regular travel across regional and metropolitan NSWManage end-to-end advice processes including discovery, strategy development, advice delivery, implementation and ongoing reviewsPartner with internal specialists and support teams to deliver a seamless client experienceContribute to a culture of professional excellence, compliance and continuous improvementSupport and mentor junior advisers and associates where appropriateAbout you5+ years' experience as a Financial Adviser or significant experience in a senior advice capacityGraduate Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent qualificationSuccessfully completed the FASEA exam and eligible to provide advice under an AFSLDemonstrated ability to deliver high-quality strategic advice and build lasting client relationshipsStrong understanding of compliance obligations and advice documentation standardsConfidence using advice technology platforms such as Practifi, Salesforce and financial modelling toolsExcellent communication and relationship management skillsA willingness and enthusiasm to travel regularly throughout NSWAbout usTribel Advisory is a growing, client-first advice business within the Tribel Group.
