A globally recognized luxury fashion brand is seeking a Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and business partnering activities for its Japan business. This position offers close collaboration with regional Asia Pacific finance teams within a fast-paced and highly international environment.

The Role

• As a Finance Analyst, you will support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis for the Japan business.
• You will work closely with the Asia Pacific Finance team and local stakeholders to provide actionable business insights and support strategic decision-making.
• The role also involves participating in finance transformation projects, improving existing processes and controls, and collaborating with the accounting team to ensure accurate monthly closing and reporting.

Your Skills

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English are required.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management reporting, or commercial finance is preferred.
• Retail, luxury, fashion, or consumer industry experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with experience handling large datasets and financial models are preferred.
• Candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
