A highly regarded, multi-entity services organisation is seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to join their senior leadership team. This is a key role supporting the CFO and overseeing financial performance, governance, reporting and treasury across a complex operating environment.
Your new role
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's financial strategy while leading day-to-day financial operations. You will partner closely with Operations and Business Development, strengthen internal controls, and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic financial leadership and commercial insight to senior management
• Overseeing monthly management reporting, group budgeting and rolling forecasts
• Managing consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow reporting
• Leading treasury functions, banking relationships and working capital management
• Ensuring strong financial governance, compliance and statutory reporting
• Leading and developing a high-performing finance team across payroll, AP, AR and administration
• Driving system improvements and optimising financial reporting and decision-support tools

What you'll need to succeed You are a hands-on financial leader with strong commercial acumen and experience operating in multi-entity or service-based environments. You will bring:

• Proven experience in senior finance leadership or a 2IC-to-CFO role
• Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate financial insight for non-finance leaders
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
• Experience improving systems, processes and governance frameworks
• A collaborative leadership style with a strong focus on continuous improvement
