Your new role
Reporting into a high-performing finance function, you will provide commercial analysis, performance reporting and financial insights to support key business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering sales, product and customer performance analysis.
• Preparing monthly reporting, forecasts and budget submissions.
• Conducting rebate analysis and managing customer rebate programmes.
• Reviewing divisional financial performance, including P&L analysis and reconciliations.
• Supporting demand planning, inventory analysis and stock provisioning processes.
• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities and providing actionable recommendations.
• Partnering with operational leaders to develop business cases and support investment decisions.
• Assisting with month-end processes, journals, revenue reporting and billing activities.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across reporting and operational performance metrics

What you'll need to succeed

• CA/CPA completed or working towards (highly regarded).
• Previous experience in a Finance Analyst, Commercial Analyst or similar role.
• Strong financial modelling, reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to influence decision-making and drive outcomes.
