Southern Ocean Medical Center, part of the Hackensack Meridian Health system, has an opening for an experienced full-time hospitalist physician to join our dedicated and collaborative team. This position is focused on admissions during swing shifts, playing a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting a highly skilled clinical staff.

Qualifications:

• BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABIM or ABFM)

Position Profile:

• 12-hour physician shifts with 7 on/7 off block scheduling
• Admitter Swing shift
• Intensivists in house 7 days/week
• Closed ICU
• No procedures / No call required
• EPIC EMR
• ED partnership since 1995 - provides exceptional synergy between the Emergency Department, Hospital Medicine, & the ICU
