Description
Tributary Capital Management has an opening for an Equity Analyst II to join our Small Cap and Small/Mid Cap investment team. This individual will be responsible for identifying and proposing new ideas for inclusion in our U.S. Small and Small/Mid Cap investment strategies, as well as providing coverage of existing holdings within assigned market sectors. Candidates for this position must have at least five years of experience (8+ years preferred) independently identifying and recommending equity investments for value-oriented portfolios, and must be able to demonstrate an advanced level of insight in their company research, investment valuation, and portfolio recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
Investment Research & Analysis: Develop new investment ideas for Tributary’s U.S. Small Cap and Small/Mid Cap investment strategies, providing an advanced level of insight to portfolio managers through company research, investment valuation, and portfolio recommendations.
Investment Coverage: Cover assigned stocks and economic market sectors, communicating with portfolio managers and other members of the investment team to explain and articulate news, earnings, and other events.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Finance, Economics, Accounting).
CFA Designation or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of equity research & analysis experience, 8+ years preferred.
