Are you passionate about helping individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) access the support they deserve? We're looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Admissions Director to lead our admissions process and ensure every individual receives compassionate, person-centered care from day one.
In this high-impact leadership role, you'll oversee admissions operations, build strong referral partnerships, conduct comprehensive assessments, and collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to match individuals with the right services and residential supports.

*What You'll Do*
Manage referrals, placements, and program census
Conduct Bio-Psycho-Social Assessments and acuity evaluations
Partner with families, agencies, and providers throughout the admissions process
Coordinate placements based on clinical, behavioral, and medical needs
Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
Build strong community and referral relationships
Collaborate with leadership on strategic admissions planning
*What We're Looking For:*
*Required: Experience working with individuals with IDD*
*Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Services or related field*
Preferred: Behavioral Health licensure (LCSW, LPC, LPCC, etc.)
Experience with mental health and residential services
Knowledge of waiver services and supported living programs
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to travel up to 30%
